This class is suitable for new starters and for people who have less experience of tai chi.

We are a group of people who practice Tai Chi every week.

Our aim is to improve our strength, flexibility, balance and general health through a series of slow, controlled movements.
There is also a strong social element to our group, which is now long established in the town.
