Army Cadet Force.

 7pm-9pm at Broseley Army Cadet Centre, Legges Hill, Broseley, TF12 5RD

The cadets will have the opportunity to take part in various camps and other activities throughout the year including fieldcraft, shooting, first aid, sports, adventurous training, skill at arms and drill competitions.

Cost is just 50p an evening whilst at the detachment and camps start at just £10 which includes transport, accommodation and food.

Any questions please phone 01952 883422 on Monday or Thursday between 18:30 and 21:15 or drop into the detachment during our opening times.

All we ask is that cadets are aged between 12-18 and in at least year 8 at school. We hope to see you soon!

 

Bellringers

6.30 - 8.00 All Saints Church. 

Church bell ringing is a team activity that stimulates the brain and keeps you fit.

You don't need to be musical or to be a church-goer.

Ringers can be any age from around 15 to 80, male or female, and it is well within the capabilities of most people.

Broseley Beats Samba Band - Every Thursday

6.30pm-8.30pm Methodist Church Hall

Join a community band, playing funky samba grooves.

Our drummers are a range of ages and experience who play a number of gigs each year.

£7 per  week

Don't let a lack of drumming experience put you off, many of us were new to drumming when we joined the group. 
There are drums you can borrow so you do not need your own.

6.30pm. Broseley Library Car Park in the summer and in winter we meet in the old station car park in Ironbridge.

We will usually run for about an hour at a gentle pace, or go down to the Birchmeadow for some interval training

Pilates can help to tone up or ease those aches & pains. It’s Suitable for all ages & levels of fitness.

It improves posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. For  athletes, including dancers, pilates can complement training by developing whole-body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury.

Own mats required.

The group's quite small and very friendly, and  aims to have  fun playing and singing along to 60s pop, folk, and anything else that group members prefer. This is an acoustic guitar group

The group is aimed at beginners and intermediate players, but experienced players are very welcome.

The Play Guitar sessions are focussed on group activity ... as such it is not a venue for open mike or individual playing.

The group operates under the Much Wenlock U3A organisation.

£2.00 per 2 hour session
